AI Agent: Inventory Organization Update Assistant
Use the Inventory Organization Update Assistant to apply mass updates to organizations. You can select a subset of organizations based on a wide range of search criteria, and change selected attributes or modify end-user access for all of them in one operation.
Use the agent to save time managing the configuration of your Fusion enterprise. For example, you can find and update organizations in a common geographic area, such as all organizations in France. You can also assign data access for new employees based on an existing user or identify and update a set of organizations using the current parameter settings.
Steps to Enable and Configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Access Requirements
To access the Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications and manage SCM AI agents, users must be assigned a configured job role that contains these duty roles:
- SCM Intelligent Agent Management Duty (ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY)
- SCM Intelligent Agent Management Duty (ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY_HCM)
- Fai Genai Agent SCM Administrator Duty (ORA_DR_FAI_GENERATIVE_AI_AGENT_SCM_ADMINISTRATOR_DUTY)
