Redwood: Enhance Custom Qualifier Validation in Customer Program Eligibility Rules to Support Value Set Domain Type

In addition to creating custom qualifiers based on the lookup and custom domain types, you can now use the value set domain type. The validation type for the value set can be Independent or Table. The Independent validation type is a list of valid values that you specify. The Table validation type is a list of values derived from a column in an application table, in which the list of values is limited by a WHERE clause.

Realize these benefits:

  • Operational Efficiency: You can leverage qualifier values from an existing application table instead of copying the values to a new lookup. Additionally, you don't need to synchronize the data between the existing table and the lookup.
  • Accurate and Consistent Rule Enforcement: You can leverage centrally managed value sets to ensure that eligibility criteria are consistent across all customer programs, minimizing errors and enhancing business controls.
