Redwood: Apply Free Shipping on Your Pricing Promotions
Apply free shipping as a new benefit type on a pricing promotion. Use this feature to apply free or discounted shipping charges on your item.
Realize this benefit:
- Provide your customers with more incentives to purchase, such as free or discounted shipping.
You can now specify free shipping or discounted shipping when you create your promotion:
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
You can:
- Select more than one pricing charge definition. For example, select Freight and also select Transportation.
- Select more than one shipping method. For example, select Fedex Air and also select UPS Ground.
- Apply free or discounted shipping only for a standard or configured item.
