Schedule Respecting Repeat Ingredients in the Same Operation
When scheduling process work order operations, Production Scheduling consumes materials in the proper quantity, even if the actual consumption occurs multiple times throughout an operation.
Production Scheduling aggregates multiple occurrences of the same material in a process work order operation and consumes the total required quantity in the first operation-resource sequence where Scheduled is set to Yes. As a result, material consumption is scheduled more conservatively, slightly earlier than required during execution.
