View record audit details
View record details from the Redwood Sourcing Rule, Assignments, Planners, and Supply Network Model pages. Right-click a single record to see values such as, Creation Date, Created By, Last Update Date, and Last Updated By.
In Redwood, you can view a record's details by right-clicking on a record and selecting About Record. This opens a drawer displaying the information, Creation Date, Created By, Last Update Date, and Last Updated By. You can see these details for the following visualizations:
- Sourcing Rules
- Sourcing Assignment Sets
- Supply Chain Planners
- Supply Network Model
The About Record option is available only when a single record is selected and is disabled if you select multiple rows.
Sourcing Rules
Select a sourcing rule and right click to view it’s About Record details, including who created the sourcing rule, when it was created, who last updated it, and when it was last updated.

In the About Record drawer, you can see the sourcing rule name, last updated date, last updated by, created date and created by details. The subtitle displays the contextual information about the record such as sourcing rule name.
You can also view the record details for each source in a sourcing rule.

Sourcing Assignment Sets
- Right-click an assignment set.

In the About Record drawer, you can see the assignment set name, last updated date, last updated by, created date, and created by details.
Similarly, you can view the About Record details for sourcing assignments. Select a sourcing assignment of an assignment set and right click to select About Record.

The subtitle displays the assignment level and its corresponding values.
Supply Network Model
Select a record on the Supply Network Model > Organizations tab to view it’s About Record details, such as who created the organization, when it was created, who last updated it, and when was it last updated. Right click on the record.

In the About Record drawer, you can see the last updated date, last updated by, created date, and created by details. The subtitle displays the organization.
Similarly, you can view the About Record details in all tabs of Supply Network Model for:
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Carriers
- Interlocation Shipping Networks

- Select a planner and select the More Actions icon to view the About Record details.

Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
To invoke the About Record via keyboard, select the record and press Shift + F10 to open the row context menu and then press Enter or Space bar to invoke the About Record drawer.
