UI Events Framework support for creating custom insight cards

UI Events Framework supports creating custom insight cards to enable custom business logic to dynamically add custom cards into the insights panel. Using UI Events Framework, system implementers can add logic to display custom cards in the Insights region based on their business needs.

With this feature, developers and system implementers can now integrate 3rd-party solutions such as AI and ML to provide insights to service console users.

Steps to Enable

Leverage the Visual Builder Studio to expose your applications. To learn more about extending your application using Visual Builder, visit Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Configuration and Extension.
