Agent Browser UI: Mark All Attachments Private

A new custom config is supported to mark all attachments private.

CUSTOM_CFG_UPLOAD_ATTACHMENTS_PRIVATE is type Yes/No.

When created with a value of Yes, all attachments are private. 

The agent can still mark the attachments to not be private. 

Business Value:

This will help with the potential risk of sensitive data being attached to outgoing responses. 

Steps to Enable

1. In the .NET Agent Desktop, open the Configuration Settings from the Navigation Set 
2. From the Ribbon, select New > Yes/No
3. Type: Site or Interface
4. For Key add: CUSTOM_CFG_UPLOAD_ATTACHMENTS_PRIVATE

Tips And Considerations

This feature is part of the BUI MAR I build (3.24.02.16-b0002). It is scheduled to be made available on non-production sites on 2/22 and is scheduled to be pushed to production sites on 3/07.
