Agent Browser UI: Add New Button in a Report Control Read Only

A new custom config is supported to make the Add New button in the report control on a workspace read-only.

Currently, when making a workspace read-only through a workspace rule, the Add New button is still enabled and accessible on reports control. This works as designed. However, there are cases when this button should also be read only. 

To disable the Add New button on a report control create the following custom config with the defined properties. 

• Name: CUSTOM_CFG_BUI_ADD_NEW_READ_ONLY
• Type: Yes/No

When the Value of CUSTOM_CFG_BUI_ADD_NEW_READ_ONLY is Yes, the Add New button on reports control in a workspace will be read-only. 

Business Value:

Additional control over read-only workspaces. 

Steps to Enable

1. In the .NET Agent Desktop, open the Configuration Settings from the Navigation Set 
2. From the Ribbon, select New > Yes/No
3. Type: Site or Interface
4. For Key add: CUSTOM_CFG_BUI_ADD_NEW_READ_ONLY

Tips And Considerations

This feature is part of the BUI MAR II build (3.24.03.01-b0001).  It is scheduled to be made available on non-production sites on 3/07 and is scheduled to be pushed to production sites on 3/21.
