Chat in Browser UI: View Agent Settings for Max Chats
Administrators can now view chat agent personalization settings -- specifically the "Max Chats" and "Stagger Incoming Chats Time" settings, are now available per agent from within the Browser UI. This enhancement makes it easy for Administrators to understand how an agent has their personal preference settings configured.

This feature is part of the BUI APR I build (3.24.03.15-b0003). It is scheduled to be made available on non-production sites on 4/02 and is scheduled to be pushed to production sites on 4/04
