Chat in Browser UI: Chat Header Can Be Color Coded for Wrap-up
Agents handling chats within the Browser UI can adjust the background color of the chat header while the chat is in wrap-up mode. This enhancement makes it easier for agents to understand when the conversation has wrapped up. Previously, agents could update the color of the Chat Header. Now, agents can specify the color of the Chat Header when the chat enters wrap-up mode, in order to suit their own personal visibility preferences.
