Chat in Browser UI: Send a Zoom Link From Within a Live Chat

Administrators can configure the chat panel to include an integration with Zoom. Once the integration is configured, chat agents can create a Zoom meetings from within the chat panel and the link is included in a chat response to the customer.

This enhancement makes it easy for chat agents to begin a web meeting from within the Browser UI.

Steps to Enable

Engagement Panel version 17+ is required
A new custom configuration is required

No CX upgrades are required in order to uptake this feature
