Service Health Metrics: Support for the Chat Service

An enhancement to the Service Health Metrics APIs is now available, that includes a new REST API for tracking Chat service metrics. These new REST API can be included in your existing operational dashboards, so that you can observe the status of the Chat service.

This new REST API retrieves data for the Chat service & chat sub-services including (but not limited to) the following data points:

  • timeInterval: The duration for which the metrics are displayed
  • totalRequests: The total number of requests received for this site
  • chat->successRequests: Successful requests metrics from the total requests received by chat
  • chat->errorRequests: Error requests metrics from the total requests received for chat

Business Benefit:

Observability: Provides specific data for the health of the CX service, including the Chat service
