Author Note on Article Unpublish

This enhancement provides authors with an option to add a note while unpublishing

• a version of an article,
• all versions of the article in that locale, and
• all version of the articles in all locales

These notes are then visible on the content history

Business Value:

This feature gives an insight into the entire knowledge flow, knowing why certain articles were unpublished and gives clear view of the process. Also helpful for audit log and historic purposes providing reason why articles were retired or unpublished.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
