A knowledge overview infolet dashboard as been added that provides the most sought after metrics at one place in a grid format.

The dashboard covers the following metrics (reports):

1. To-do Review: The number of articles not review 
2. To-do Publish: The number of articles unpublished
3. To-do Tasks: The number of tasks not closed
4. Authored Content: The number of articles authored
5. Browsed Content: Number of content views by agent
6. Questions Asked: The number of questions asked
7. Top Viewed Content: Top 5 most viewed contents by end user
8. Top Searched Keywords: Top 5 keywords searched by end user
9. Top Content Feedback: Top 5 articles with most feedbacks
10. Top Content Authors: Top 5 authors who created maximum content
11. Top Content Types: Top 5 content types with most content
