Updates to Redwood Service Center Home Page
We are introducing two new actions on the Service Center Home Page based on your user privileges. If you are able to create a new service request and create a new work order, then you will see these actions appear in the Actions dropdown as shown in the image:

Users have the ability to quickly create a new service request or work order while on the Service Home Page.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
Here are some considerations for this feature:
- You must have the Create Service Request or Create Work Order privilege to see these new actions. If you don't have them, then these actions will not be shown to you.
- An administrator or integrator will not be able to edit or remove or rearrange these actions.
- An administrator or integrator will not be able to add any custom actions.
