Enhancements to Service Contact Page extensibility
We have implemented several improvements to enhance the extensibility of the Service Contact Page:
- Customizable Vertical Dynamic Container: You can now independently remove either contact or asset sections from the vertical dynamic container, allowing for flexibility in page layout.
- Enhanced UI for Additional Sections: The user interface for horizontal additional sections has been improved, providing a more seamless and visually appealing experience.
- Field Reset Functionality: Fields are now properly reset when closing and reopening the create service request drawer, ensuring a clean slate for each new interaction.
- Improved Custom Button Alignment: The section for custom buttons at the top side by the action bar is now well-aligned, enhancing the overall look and usability of the page.
- Exposed Page Input Parameters: Page input parameters are now accessible for extension, allowing developers to get and set various data points, such as contact numbers, for more advanced customizations.
These enhancements provide flexibility and control for deploying customers, enabling the implementation to tailor the Service Contact Page to specific needs and workflows.

Tips And Considerations
To find enhancements in Oracle Visual Builder Studio:
- Open Oracle Visual Builder Studio
- Go to Customer Experience (CX) and then Service Center
- Navigate to service > ec > sr > svc-contact
- Look for enhancements in the "Structured" panel and "Variables" sub-tab
