Detailed Functionality

• Pre-Built Reports:
  • Download .dva files containing pre-configured data visualizations.
  • Upload to Oracle Analytics Cloud to render dashboards instantly.
• Automated Database Schema Configuration:
  • Upon creating a new Oracle Autonomous Database application, the system automatically generates tables, along with their respective columns for:
    • ORA_FS_ACTIVITIES: Captures data on activity fields.
    • ORA_FS_TIME_SLOT: Tracks time slot field data.
• Integrated Data Flow:
  • Data synchronized from Oracle Fusion Field Service to the Oracle Autonomous Database populates the pre-built reports, ensuring up-to-date insights.
• User-Friendly Guidance:
  • Prompts and banners within the application guide users to download and configure the reports. These guides disappear once the reports are downloaded.

Available Pre-Built Reports

The following pre-built data visualizations are available in the .dva file.

• Total activities created for the organization in a selected range

• Percentage of activities started late for a selected date range

• Percentage of activities assigned through routing

• Count of activities based on the activity status

• Count of activities based on the activity region (work zone)

• Average activity duration for different activity types

• Activity duration (in days) based on activity region

• Average travel time based on activity region

• Activities started late across different regions

Steps to Enable

Configure the Oracle Autonomous Database:

1. Log in to the Oracle Fusion Field Service application and create a new Oracle Autonomous Database application.
2. Navigate to the Configuration Page and select the option to modify the application.
3. Locate the option to download pre-built data visualization reports.

Alternatively, when you directly access the details screens of the application an info message will be displayed as shown below . You can download the reports and configure the table ORA_FS_ACTIVITIES and ORA_FS_TIME_SLOT in the application details page. The Banner will not be visible once you have already downloaded the reports.

Download and Upload Reports

1. Download the .dva file from the application details screen.
2. Open Oracle Analytics Cloud and upload the .dva file to the dashboard.

Synchronize Oracle Fusion Field Service Data

1. Ensure Oracle Fusion Field Servcie data is synchronized with the Oracle Autonomous Database.
2. Access the uploaded reports in OAC to view insights.
