Create and manage Work Orders from Service Center Console
In the Redwood user experience, agents can now create and manage work orders directly from the Service Center Console. To access their list of my open work orders, click on the My Work Orders filter and instead of opening a new browser tab, it now opens the Work Order list page within the Service Home Page. The filter used is based on the agent's default work order list filter. When a work order is opened, it now opens within a new In-App tab located at the bottom of the Service Center Console. The agent can now have multiple service requests and multiple work orders open in In-App tabs at the bottom of the Service Center Console.
This will allow a better user experience having all service requests and work orders open in one browser tab. It will also allow better efficiency when you need to be working on multiple work orders at the same time.
