Leverage Previously Resolved Similar SRs in AI Resolution Agent

Service AI Resolution Agent now references previously resolved similar service requests to arrive at a resolution plan to successfully auto-resolve your SRs.

Service operations will benefit from the faster and more accurate recommendations, courtesy of access to previously resolved similar SRs.

Steps to Enable

The list of Similar SRs with key details including problem and resolution descriptions need to be uploaded to the system. Detailed steps will be shared at the time of enablement of this feature.
