Managed Search Question (MSQ) Tool usage report

This feature introduces a report on MSQ tool usage. A report named Concepts Changed is added in the OKCS folder on reports explorer.

• The report includes a chronological list of changes made to concepts and synonyms.
• Each entry in the report specifies the type of change (e.g., concept addition, synonym modification).
• The report provides timestamps indicating when each change was made.
• Additional notes attached to changes are included in the report.

Concepts Changed Report

This report enables to check what has changed, when and why, because changes to the MSQ-tool might influence the results agents get on a customer-question.
