Expose Inc Performance Id in ROQL

• The Inc Performance Id of the PerformanceRecords (Incident) managed table is exposed to ROQL. 
• The ID fields is available in the Column Names of a curl request.

Business Value:

Reduced API call: The ID of the PerformanceRecords (Incident) exposed via ROQL reduces a REST API that should be made to the table to take outside of Service Cloud.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

The Oracle B2C Service site should be on 25C to use this feature.
