New Smart Actions are available in the Action Bar in the Redwood Service Center new SR Details Page

Service Center is introducing multiple new Smart Actions for use from the Action Bar in the new SR Details Page. These Smart Actions will reduce effort, and bring valuable information into view with no additional navigation required. The following are the new Smart Action being introduced;

  • Show Work Orders - allows the user to quickly and easily see information and details about all Work Orders that are associated to a Service Request
  • Show Part Orders - allows the user to view all Part Orders that are associated to a Service Request
  • Create Part Order - allow the user the ability to create a Part Order directly from the Action Bar on a Service Request. This newly created Part Order will automatically be associated to the Service Request
