Update Asset Notes and Other Details from Asset Details Plugin

Starting with the 25C release, Mobile workers can update asset information or add notes directly from the Asset Details page whenever they discover new details. This eliminates the need to contact back-office users for updates, making the process more real-time and efficient.

This new functionality enables any mobile workers with access to the Asset Details page to:

  • Record new asset information as an Asset Note.
  • View and update asset details captured as Asset Descriptive Flex Fields in Fusion.
  • Identify whether an asset belongs to a competitor.

Any updates made through the Asset Details page is automatically synchronized with the Fusion Enterprise Asset Management application, ensuring all authorized users can access the most up-to-date and accurate asset information.

Add new Asset Notes

Mobile workers can now record new asset-related information as an Asset Note, allowing them to document relevant details in real-time.

  • A new  Add Note button is available on the Asset Details page.
