Job Scheduler: Support for additional actions

• File Transfer: Ability to perform file transfer operations using sftp extension. This allows secure file transfer between remote and local servers. It supports authentication using username/password for the uploading and downloading operations.
• Zip: Ability to compress or extract files using zip extension. This allows creation and extraction of ZIP archives in local servers. It supports adding multiple files or directories into a single compressed archive and can also extract incoming compressed files for further processing in jobs.
