Data Lifecycle Policies: Purge policies for SLA

The enhancements allows admins to

  • Purge expired SLA Instances of Contacts and Organizations by enabling canned policies.
  • Purge disabled SLA Instances of Contacts and Organizations by enabling canned policies.

Business Values:

  • Lean Database: The admins can now purge the expired and disabled SLA instances of Contacts and Organizations and ensure a Lean database for the Oracle B2C Service instance.
  • Ease-of-Use: Enables admins to purge SLAs by simply enabling the canned policies.

Steps to Enable and Configure

The Oracle B2C Service Instance has to be upgraded to 25D version to enable purge policies of SLA Instances.
