Updated conversation list page available from the Service Center Home page

The updated conversation list page is now available from the Service Center Home Page. It is the default navigation from the Messages areas of the home page. This enhanced message list page now includes all of the saved searches. 

The Quick Actions "My New Conversations" and "My Conversations" also navigate to the updated conversation list page.

This provides more convenient access to internal conversations while working within the Service Center work area.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

This feature is available for both Service Center and Help Desk.
