Change Asset Addresses and View Additional Subscription Details
You can now drill directly into the subscription product covering an asset to view additional details, saving clicks and navigation through multiple pages. In addition, service representatives are now permitted to change the asset address from one customer location to another location to streamline the ability to keep accurate records about assets that customers might move between locations.
Service representatives have faster access to subscription details, saving navigation steps. With the ability to change the address, service reps can ensure that field technicians have the most up-to-date information for assets that can be moved by customers, as well as ensuring proper billing for services.
