Filter Assignees by Queue for Smarter Case Reassignment
The Case Create, Edit and Copy pages can be configured by an administrator to show only Assignee resources from the current Queue of the Case.
Filtering available Case Assignees by the Case Queue simplifies Case assignment/reassignment and ensures Cases are assigned to appropriately qualified Case Workers.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
This filter is off by default and can be enabled by setting the site-wide Profile Option 'ORA_SVC_CASE_ASSIGNEE_LIST' to 'Yes'.
