Enhanced List View for Easier Case Note Management

Case Notes are now shown in a flexible list view instead of a basic table format. The Case Notes list view includes thumbnail previews of images and a 'show more' option for in-line viewing of long messages.

Tips And Considerations

This enhanced Case Notes layout can be disabled using the profile option ORA_SVC_CASE_ENABLE_NOTES_LIST, restoring the pre-25D basic table layout of Case Notes.
