Enhanced Group Messaging Experience

With the 25D update, several enhancements have been introduced to improve the Collaboration interface and support large-scale communication, while introducing system safeguards that maintain performance and reduce the risk of messaging errors. In field operations, a regional supervisor may need to notify thousands of users about severe weather or operational delays. These updates allow broadcasts to reach up to 25,000 Collaboration users while ensuring the application remains stable and responsive. Similarly, a project team lead conducting a recurring safety call can easily refer to past participants to follow up with those who were previously engaged, even if they are no longer active in the group.

To streamline large-scale communication and improve usability, the system now provides:

• An increased conference participant limit from 100 to 1,000 users
