The updated version of Oracle HCM Cloud – Oracle Field Service | Import Employee Details is designed to support employee processes for Fusion Field Service customers.

  • Mobile workers, user creation, and management in Oracle Fusion Field Service follow the Fusion Standards outlined here.
  • Fusion Field Service customers can use the accelerator to transfer employee work availability and work skills from Oracle HCM Cloud to Fusion Field Service. The functional flows for this accelerator remain unchanged from previous versions.

Steps to Enable

In the latest version of the Oracle HCM Cloud – Oracle Field Service | Import Employee Details accelerator, Oracle Fusion Field Service customers are advised to enable only the following integration flows:

  • Activate the following integrations to sync worker availability:

    1. Oracle HCM Fusion FS Worker Availability
    2. Oracle HCM Fusion FS Worker Availability Helper
    3. Oracle HCM OFS Worker Availability Activity Type
    4. Oracle HCM OFS Worker Availability Activity Delete
    5. Oracle HCM OFS Worker Availability WS Delete
    6. Oracle HCM OFS Worker Availability Sync Helper

  • Activate the following integrations to sync employee job profiles:

    1. Oracle HCM Fusion FS Work Skill Sync
    2. Oracle HCM OFS Employee Sync Helper
    3. Oracle HCM OFS Resource Work Skill Create
    4. Oracle HCM OFS User Type Util
