Convenient Action Buttons for Your Favorite Case Actions
New buttons have been added to the following Case Details folders:
- Contacts:
- 'Add Employee' (for non-CRM stripes)
- 'Add Contact' (for all all stripes)
- Team Members: 'Add Team Member'
- Actions & Plans:
- 'Add Action'
- 'Add Action Plan'
- Documents: 'Add Document'
- Tasks: 'Add Task'
- Appointments: 'Add Appointment'

The new action buttons simplify commonly-used activities for Case Workers, complimenting existing SmartActions available through the Action Bar.
Steps to Enable and Configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Access Requirements
Like SmartActions, the action buttons are only available if the user has the corresponding privilege(s) for that functionality.
