SaaS Unlimited Statement

The Oracle B2C Service 26B release marks an important milestone in the product’s transition into Oracle’s SaaS Unlimited long-term support lifecycle, with continued support commitments through May 31, 2036. Oracle B2C Service will continue to be available and fully supported in accordance with
existing customer agreements, with no changes to current service delivery, SLAs, or support operations. 

Customers will continue to receive quarterly updates that include selective enhancements, security updates, critical defect remediation, compliance support, and ongoing platform stability and reliability improvements. Oracle remains committed to delivering a secure, stable, and operationally resilient service experience throughout the SaaS Unlimited support lifecycle. 

There is no impact to your current service, support experience, or business operations. Customers are encouraged to plan future modernization initiatives over time based on their business priorities and long-term technology strategy. Oracle Fusion Service remains Oracle’s strategic platform for future customer service innovation and AI-enabled capabilities.
