If an Action Plan or Solo Action was incorrectly added to the Service Request, Help Desk Request and Case record, you can now Cancel that plan.

Cancel Option Available on Action Plan or Solo Action
NOTE: If you choose to Cancel the Action or Action Plan, you will not be able to recover it.
- Reduces confusion by removing outdated or incorrect next steps.
- Saves human agent's time by keeping records tidy and focused on the current issue.
