Find your 'Workflows' under 'Automation Rules'

Service Workflows have had a name change and are now known as Automation Rules. This change can be seen under the Help Desk Application Quick Links.

Name Change for Workflows

There is no change in the functionality or intent. This is simply a name change.

This is intended to limit the confusion between Service Workflows and AI Workflows / Workflow Agents.
