Use Redwood for administration and configuration tasks

Fusion Setup and Maintenance tasks are moving to the Redwood theme.

This includes the following pages: 

• Categories
• Manage Categories for Business Units
• Severities
• Channels and Visibilities
• Message Types and Subtypes
• Message Outcome and Resolutions
• SmartText

This gives Help Desk administrators a more consistent experience, as everyone moves to Redwood. This feature helps reduce the need for administrators to switch between different user interface styles when configuring Help Desk.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

If your organization uses customized roles, verify access to the administration pages.

Access requirements

No new access requirements are necessary for the newly formatted pages. Any administrator who has access to these pages should continue to have access.
