Access Case Contact Details Using the HCM Navigator

You can now use the HCM Navigator to access HCM-related features for all HCM-based Case Contacts.

The Navigator provides Case Workers with an easy way to work with Contacts and in a manner that is consistent with other HR specialists such as Help Desk Agents.
