Usage Subscription Type - Cut-off Time

The Cut-off Time field in the Usage Subscription Type portal ensures that the Vector and Service Quantity Math usage calculation rule is using the correct billing end time by determining the anchor time for rounding. Anchor Time is the timestamp used to determine when the value of a particular metric aggregates. This timestamp can be used to define a Billing Day, which is a period of 24 consecutive hours, beginning and ending at the cut-off time. For example, if the cut-off time is 7AM, this means the time from 7AM on a calendar day to 7AM on the following calendar day is considered.

This ensures that the Vector and Service Quantity Math usage calculation rule is using the correct billing end time.
