Manage Billing Programs

You can now use the Billing Highlights section on the Customer Dashboard Billing tab to find details about whether a customer is enrolled in billing programs such as auto pay, budget billing, and paperless billing. If customers are not enrolled in a program, you can click the Enroll button, where you can then enroll the customer in the program directly in your CIS. If the customer is already enrolled, you can click the View button to access details of the enrollment in your CIS, where you can update the customer's enrollment details. Additionally, the Billing tab has been updated so that the table view of the customer's billing data is now the primary focus of the tab. The billing chart is now available in a smaller panel, but you can open the chart in a drawer to view a larger, more detailed version.

With these updates to the Billing tab, agents no longer need to go to the CIS to determine whether a customer is enrolled in auto pay, budget billing, or paperless billing programs.
