Insight Administration

You can now use Oracle Functional Setup Manager to administer and enable insights in the Oracle CX for Utilities Agent Service system. Functional Setup Manager offers a standardized experience for administration across offerings within the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This includes administering the following insight-related entities:

• Insight Types
• Insight Groups
• Insight Group Insight Types
• Insight Severity

Using Functional Setup Manager simplifies the administration experience for insight types that are delivered with the solution.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
