Add to Calendar Module for Behavioral Demand Response

The Add to Calendar module allows customers to add upcoming Peak Time Rebates events to their personal calendar. Available options include:

• Apple Calendar
• Google Calendar
• Outlook
• Yahoo Calendar

Receiving SMS alerts and Adding Phone Notifications links located at the bottom of the module provide customers with the opportunity to opt-in to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Short Message Service (SMS) communications.

Add to Calendar Module

The Add to Calendar module enhances customer event awareness, customer participation, and savings results by presenting customers with the opportunity to integrate Behavioral Demand Response event reminders into their personal calendar or reminder systems.

Steps to Enable

To enable and configure this feature, complete these steps:

1. Log in to Inside Opower (https://inside.opower.com). This is your portal for questions and information related to your program.
2. Go to the Community tab and contact the Service Delivery Manager using the information provided to coordinate enablement and configuration of this feature.
