To Do Purge Process Improved to Prevent Orphan Errors
When using the archiving facility, the "key" record for an object is retained so that when viewing any object that references the archived record will properly handle the archived record. The To Do purge batch process now follows the same technique, retaining the "key" record when purging the To Do entry. When viewing an object that references the purged To Do entry, you will now see a message that the record is no longer available.
Previously, the To Do purge process also purged the "key" record. As a result, viewing an object referencing the purged To Do entry would result in an error.
The To Do Purge batch process now works in the same way as archiving, retaining the "key" record so that references to the purged To Do entry do not result in an error.
