Support for Attachments with External URL

In this release, the following APIs provide support for file reference, like an external URL, for attachments. The file reference is in lieu of actual content. Note that the support for external URL is only added to places where attachments are already supported.

• Inbound Web Service "W1-CreMoblWR" to create a work request
• Inbound Web Service "W1-MblActCom" to complete an activity

This enables external systems with file size limits on attachments to send a URL instead of the actual attachment.
