Billing To Do Dashboard Improvements

You can use the enhanced Billing To Do Dashboard to more efficiently search, filter, and analyze billing-related To Do entries.

  • When you select a To Do Role, the available To Do Types are limited to those associated with the selected role. Similarly, when you select a To Do Type, the available To Do Roles are limited to those associated with the selected To Do Type.
  • When you select a To Do Role without selecting a To Do Type, the Characteristic fields are available. You can select any Characteristic Type that is valid for the To Do Entry characteristic entity.
  • When you switch To Do Types, the system attempts to retain populated Characteristic Types that are valid for the newly selected To Do Type. Previously, the page automatically reset the list of Characteristic Types whenever you changed the To Do Type.
  • When you select a To Do Type, only the Message Categories associated with that To Do Type are available for selection. After you select a Message Category, only the Message Numbers associated with the selected To Do Type and Message Category are available for selection.
  • Query processing now applies a maximum fetch limit of 5,000 records to help prevent timeouts when searches return very large result sets.
  • You can use a more compact Characteristics display in the query results on the Details tab. The compact display summarizes characteristic information and allows you to expand additional details as needed, making it easier to view more To Do entries on the page. The compact display is enabled by default for new implementations, while existing implementations can opt in using the Collapse Characteristics Column option in the To Do Options feature configuration.

This feature improves operational efficiency by simplifying the identification, prioritization, and investigation of billing-related To Do entries.
