Configurable Service Quantity Interim Rounding
When enabled for Service Quantity and Stepped Service Quantity rate calculation rules, the Value Interim Rounding option rounds initial and prorated values to eight decimal places before the final amount is calculated. The option applies to Unit and Charge value types. Previously, these interim values were not rounded before the final calculation.
This feature improves the accuracy and consistency of rate calculation results when prorated values are used.
Steps to enable and configure
To enable this feature, set the Value Interim Rounding option to Yes on the applicable rate calculation rules.
