Results of post-processing rate calculation rules configured with an Execution Option of 'Once' are now captured consistently in the Bill Segment Service Quantity collection. This applies when a bill segment contains multiple usage periods due to date breaks (including date breaks caused by meter exchanges such as scalar-to-interval).

This improves billing accuracy for bills with multiple usage periods, reducing exceptions and rework.
