Date Break Support for Non-Daily Scalar Consumption Billing

The Get Scalar Rule now supports calculating scalar consumption across date breaks that correspond to price changes. If a read is not available at a date break, the scalar consumption for that break is estimated.

This improves billing accuracy when prices change during a billing period and reduces the need for manual consumption allocation.

Steps to enable and configure

1. Open the applicable Get Scalar Rule.
2. In the Scalar Details section, set Allow Date Break to Yes.
3. Review estimation behavior for situations where no read exists at a price-change date.
