To Do Management Portal
You can now use pop-up searches to select valid reference values for the following foreign key Characteristic Types when locating To Do Entries using the To Do Management portal:
- Account Management Group
- Bill Cycle (Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing)
- CIS Division
- Customer Class
- Rate Schedule
- Measurement Cycle - Only applies to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
In previous releases, reference values were provided as free-form text, which could result in invalid or inconsistent data.
This improves the speed and accuracy of selecting reference data, helping reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.

- Bill Cycle Query (C1-BILLCYCQ)

- Customer Class Query (C1-CUSTCLQ)
- Rate Schedule Query (C1RSQRY)
- Measurement Cycle Query (F1-DFLTS) - Only applies to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
