To Do Management Portal

You can now use pop-up searches to select valid reference values for the following foreign key Characteristic Types when locating To Do Entries using the To Do Management portal:

• Account Management Group
• Bill Cycle (Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing)
• CIS Division
• Customer Class
• Rate Schedule
• Measurement Cycle - Only applies to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service

In previous releases, reference values were provided as free-form text, which could result in invalid or inconsistent data.

This improves the speed and accuracy of selecting reference data, helping reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.

• Rate Schedule Query (C1RSQRY)
• Measurement Cycle Query (F1-DFLTS) - Only applies to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
