Additional and Updated REST APIs
These updated REST API inbound web services expose various customer- and meter-related entities and provide the capability to create, update, and retrieve associated data:
- Account (C1-Account) fix delete operation for account person based on account id and person id provided as input in the URL. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38782620 for more information.
- Bill (C1-Bill): Aligned bill routing record creation and update with the enhanced Create Bill Routings and Update Bill Routings operations, ensuring the bill route type and address information are correctly populated and consistent with UI online processing behavior. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38428541 for more information.
- Bill Segment (C1-BillSegment): Supports configurable result limits beyond 12 and returns an accurate record count, including when bills have multiple segments with non-UOM service quantities, through enhanced Bill Segment Search operation. - Case (C1-Case) Optimized the search operation query to conditionally execute the required sub-queries to process fewer records to improve performance. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38895599 for more information.
- Communication Preferences (C1-CommunicationPreferences): Retrieves only active person contact details for push notification types via the enhanced Get Communication Preferences operation. Additional fix for handling accounts with large volumes of person contacts for the account. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38881829 for more information.
- Customer Contact (C1-CustomerContact): Retrieves the summary of a customer contact record for display purposes through the Get Customer Contact Summary operation.
- Field Activity (D1-FieldActivity): Retrieves summary details of a field activity for display purposes through the Get Field Activity Summary operation (only applies to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service and Oracle Utilities Meter Solution Cloud Service).
- Financial Data for Accounts (C1-AccountData): Additionally retrieves the financial transaction type code associated with each financial transaction type through the Get Account History Summary operation.
- Payment Event (C1-PaymentEvent): Enhanced to support creating payments for multiple accounts and optional input of a tender control id, with accurate information returned through the enhanced Create Payment Event and Get Payment Event operations. - Person (C1-Person): Retrieves all persons, including those without email contact details, ensuring all applicable records are included in results through the enhanced Search Persons operation. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38563464 for more information. Additional routing number validation was introduced when adding/updating a person's payment options. Refer to the Product Fix Design document for bug/patch 38895571 for more information.
- Service Point Search (C1-ServicePointSearch): Retrieves additional service point information for network locations (for example, transformer and feeder relationships) through the Get Service Points for a Premise operation.
