Customer Contact Key Details in Main Section
On the Customer Contact portal, you can now view the customer contact's identifier and date/time in the Main section without expanding the Record Information section.
This speeds up contact handling by making key information immediately visible, reducing navigation during customer interactions.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
